  • Exchange Window: You can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition — not worn, washed, or damaged — and with all original tags attached.
  • Sale & Discounted Items: Products bought on sale or at a reduced price can be exchanged, but only against the same marked-down value.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
  • Processing Time: Exchange requests may take up to a week to process.
